STANFORD, KY – October 17, 2019
The Lincoln County Board of Education has approved the naming rights of the baseball and softball fields to two local businesses and approved for another local business to donate delay of game play clocks to the football field.
The Lincoln County High School Baseball Field will now officially be named AGE Engineering Services, Inc. Field (AGE Engineering Field). The softball field located on campus will now be named First Southern National Bank Field. Additionally, the board approved for PBK Bank, Inc. to donate two delay of game play clocks to the football field. One clock will be placed behind each endzone of the football field.
AGE Engineering and First Southern National Bank will pay $15,000 each over a ten-year span for naming rights to the fields. The baseball and softball programs will receive a $1,500 annual payment to use toward their programs.
PBK Bank will contribute a one-time rights fee of $4,300 to pay for the delay of game play clocks. In return, PBK Bank will receive naming rights for the clocks for the next ten years. The clocks will be installed and operational for the 2020 football season.
Athletic Director Tim Estes was excited for the partnerships. “It’s great to have these local businesses wanting to be part of Lincoln County Athletics. This long-term investment will be very helpful to our student athletes and these programs.”
The agreement for all three businesses will expire on June 30th, 2029. For more information about Lincoln County High School Athletics please contact Athletic Director Tim Estes at 606.669.8142.
