Welcome and thanks for visiting our website! On behalf of the faculty and staff, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Stanford Elementary School website. We are excited about the school year and look forward to many successful and productive experiences in learning. Our goal is to work together to provide every child with the best education possible.

I am so honored to be the principal of Stanford Elementary School. I look forward to getting to know our new students and families while continuing to serve those who are already part of the Wildcat family.  I am especially pleased to be part of a faculty and staff committed to providing the best possible education for every child in a safe, nurturing environment. I look forward to continue building on this tradition of academic excellence.

Our teaching and learning is focused on meeting and exceeding the Kentucky Academic Standards for every child. Varied levels of instruction provide a framework to challenge advanced students and support those who are struggling, while creating a solid classroom experience for students learning at grade level. It is our intention for each one of our students to leave Stanford Elementary School prepared for higher education, equipped with critical thinking skills and empowered with a love of learning.

I am excited to partner with the Stanford Elementary PTO and the strong group of parents, guardians, grandparents and extended families who make up our community. We welcome parent/family involvement. Our teachers invite ongoing communication with families and my door is open. I look forward to working with you and your child in these very important foundational years of school.

I have served at Stanford Elementary for many years and I'm thankful to call this school community part of my family.  I am excited to see what each day brings as we make sure that Stanford Elementary is a place “WHERE EVERYONE IS SOMEONE AND STUDENTS COME FIRST”.
