LCHS Names New Head Baseball Coach
Lincoln County High has named Bryan Moberly the new head coach of its baseball program. Moberly succeeds Jeremy Noel who resigned from the position this past May.

Moberly has been the head coach of the Lincoln County Middle School program the past two years and has over 10 years coaching experience at the collegiate, high school and middle school level.  Before coaching at LCMS, he was an assistant coach at Garrard County High School from 2012-2018 and also an assistant coach at Berea College during the 2006-2007 season. He is a class of 2000 graduate of Garrard County High school where he played baseball. After high school, Moberly played college baseball at Berea College from 2001-2005.

“I’ve been around the 45th District and 12th Region my whole life. I know Lincoln County has the kids to compete in this area. My goal is to develop a program, and work with the feeder system to help keep them interested in the game throughout middle and high school,” said Coach Moberly. “I’ve worked with several kids around here these past few years in travel baseball and middle school baseball, and we have a lot of talent coming up.”

Lincoln County High School Athletic Director Tim Estes said, “Coach Moberly has shown a great passion for baseball since he was a player himself. He’s continued to work with the youth, I feel certain he will help build a strong foundation for us these next several years. We are very excited he has decided to take the job.”

Coach Moberly and his family currently reside in Lincoln County. He will immediately begin his role as the new head coach. Please contact Athletic Director Tim Estes for more information about the baseball program or Lincoln Athletics.
