Monday January 29th from 4:30-6:30 we will have our Parent Teacher Conference/Open House Night. This will be a chance for families to join us at school, have a quick talk with teachers, and see what great things have been going on here at HES. We hope everyone can join us on Monday night. Parents, please be on the lookout for an informational sheet coming home with your student about our Family Community Health Night. This event will take place on Thursday October 26th from 5-7pm in the Hustonville Cafeteria. There will be several vendors here talk to about Family Health. Hustonville Elementary 4th grader Easton Witte participated in a check presentation today for the Lincoln County Senior Citizen Center with Lt. Governor Jacqueline Coleman and others.

We are very excited for our Mother/Son painting night that will take place this Friday. K-2 students will paint from 5:30-6:30 and 3-5 students will paint from 6:30-7:30, we will be painting in the cafeteria. We will have some light refreshments available throughout the evening. Please be aware that we are painting, so dress accordingly, however we will have aprons available as well. It is going to be a great night!!! If you have any questions, please call the school. This will be a time when families can come in and have a quick conversation with teachers to touch base on how their child is performing. Reminder...Hustonville will be hosting a volunteer training today at 5:00 pm in our school library. This training will allow those who are interested in volunteering at our school to do so. The cost is $10 and should take less than an hour to complete. You do not have to register, just be here at 5:00. Thank you and Go Tigers!!!
