Next week (March 1st--5th) is Dr. Seuss Week! Here is how Stanford Elementary School will be celebrating. We invite our early childhood kiddos to join in the fun!
The Lincoln County Public Library is hosting a Virtual Parent Cafe “STRESS-FREE MEALTIMES” on Thursday, March 18th at 6:00pm 🍽 They have put together some wonderful cooking swag bags for this event! Everyone who attends will receive a prize! To register, please call the library at (606)-365-7513.

The students in Mrs. Brittany and Mrs. Janie’s class have been working on a pets theme! Check out a few of the kiddos who have “adopted” their own pets! The students get to name them and take them home to do distance learning activities, such as reading to them, feeding them alphabet food, and measuring them. What fun!! 🐰🦀🐢🐦

This sweet Crab Orchard Cub was chosen as Mrs. Savannah and Mrs. Kim’s “Preschool Patriot of the Week!” Tori loves playing in the dramatic play center. Tori is always such a nice friend to her classmates and is willing to help anyone in need. Tori and her family have worked so hard on her virtual work. Congratulations to Charvi Patel for being Waynesburg’s Preschool Patriot of the Week! She has worked really hard this school year printing her first name, recognizing letters and sounds.
