We are extending the deadline for the pants drive, the new deadline for donations is this Friday, March 20th. A flyer was sent home about this a few weeks back.
The suggested sizes by grade level are:
K - 1st : Small (6/7)
2nd - 3rd : Medium (8)
4th : Large (10/12)
5th: XL (14/16)

The class that donates the most pairs of pants will win a popcorn party.

The 21st Century after school program is canceled for this afternoon at Waynesburg Elementary. We apologize for the inconvenience.

A few notes about the Valentine's Dance tomorrow:
-Those attending the dance will be staying after school in their homeroom classroom until dance begins at 3:45.
-Permission slip and $5 must be turned in in order to stay.
-The dance will end at 5:00. Please line up in the regular car rider line. We will send students out to you as we do during normal car rider dismissal. Staff will be checking in with each car.
-Please bring car rider tag/ driver's license to ensure we are getting student to the right person.

With tomorrow being the day before Valentine's Day, we wanted to send a friendly reminder about any deliveries that are sent to school for students. No glass, containers with water, balloons, or large stuffed animals are permitted on the school buses. Anything sent to the school will be given at the end of the school day so instruction is not interrupted. Thank you for you understanding.

At various times throughout the school year, dances/ social events will be held for Waynesburg students. Students that have received a major office referral that resulted in an after school detention, in school suspension, and/or an out of school suspension in the current or previous 9 week grading period will not be permitted to attend those functions."
