Today is National School Resource Officer Appreciation Day. We are thankful for our SROs and their commitment to helping make our schools a safe learning enviornment for our staff and students.

February is Black History Month. To celebrate, some students from around the district have been learning about and making art inspired by Alma Woodsey Thomas. Thomas was a teacher and was the first African-American artist to have her art featured in the White House.
At tonight’s board meeting our FRYSC coordinators were recognized as part of FRYSC Appreciation Week by Mr. Anthony Beeler.
