Ms. Mason’s Early Lifespan Development classes are designing and creating their annual literacy pumpkins. Each student chooses a children’s book and designs and decorates a pumpkin to represent the book and follows up by reading their book to the class.
One goal in our Early Childhood Education pathway is to emphasize and educate on the importance of childhood literacy and to build those storytelling skills for our future educators.
Be on the lookout for the finished products and vote for your favorite pumpkin! There will be one winner from each class period.
