We are excited to welcome our families back to school tomorrow. Opening day is an exciting day for students, teachers and staff members. Please be patient with us during arrival and dismissal tomorrow as we do our best to get everyone safely where they are supposed to be in a timely fashion. It’s always wise to be at the bus 🚌 stop early and to allow for extra time for drop-off and pick-up the first few days of school.
Also keep in mind - all school supplies will be provided by the school district this year ✏️ ✂️ and all kids eat breakfast and lunch for free 🍴🍎

The Lincoln County Middle School connector will be in use tomorrow as students are welcomed back to campus. This will allow students and staff to safely and comfortably travel between the two middle school buildings without having to go outside.
Huge thanks to Justin Poynter and PBK Bank for supplying fresh doughnuts and bottled water for all staff at the opening day event at Lincoln County High School this morning.

Lincoln County Schools hosted STEM Academy last week at Stanford Elementary. This districtwide opportunity was an interactive experience for students that allowed them to fly drones, launch rockets, design robots, learn coding and make ice cream.

If you are unable to register at home or having issues registering you may stop by the Student Support Center on July 25th from 2 pm to 7 pm to complete your registration.
Please register your student(s) as soon as possible to help assist the district with proper planning to assure a smooth start to the school for staff and students.
LCHS FFA students have been at a leadership conference in Washington D.C. this past week. On their trip they got a chance to meet up with Congressman James Comer.
Comer is a former Ky FFA State President. He met with our group and discussed his role in Washington, how he represents the people of Kentucky, how the skills he learned in FFA helped him become a politician and how FFA members can directly impact the future of Kentucky agriculture.
